What is a smart transmission line? Smart Line Where is "wisdom"?

1、 Line temperature monitoring

672 sets of low-power wireless temperature sensors are added to the 28 base tension tower of 500kV Daoji Double Circuit Line, which can sense the temperature of tension clamp all day long and give hot spot alarm for temperature exceeding the limit. Compared with the traditional manual hand-held thermometer, it not only frees up manpower, but also reduces the error caused by remote temperature measurement, making contact temperature measurement more reliable.


2、 Active detection of abnormal line discharge and intelligent fault diagnosis

Three sets of intelligent monitoring terminals are installed on 500kV Daoji secondary line to locate, identify and warn four types of typical abnormal discharges, including insulator deterioration, floating discharge of fittings, vegetation superelevation and pollution. Three sets of distributed fault diagnosis devices are installed to analyze the waveform of line faults, realize fault location and primary cause analysis, and guide the operation and maintenance personnel to find fault points more quickly.


3、 Intelligent detection of tower safety

1476 smart bolts (gaskets) were added to the 12 base towers of Daoji secondary circuit to accurately monitor the tightening force of bolts at key nodes of the tower body.


4、 Lightning monitoring and early warning and intelligent decision-making

8 sets of lightning optical observation devices are installed in Daoji secondary circuit. When sudden changes in brightness are detected, the online monitoring device takes continuous photos through high-speed shutter, records the lightning development form and location with photos, and guides the troubleshooting of ground wire hazards.


5、 Mountain fire monitoring and early warning and intelligent decision-making

Eight sets of infrared online monitoring equipment for mountain fire are installed on the towers of 500kV Daoji secondary line across areas prone to mountain fire, such as grass, shrubs and cemeteries, to achieve full coverage of infrared monitoring in the risk areas of mountain fire of level II and above.


6、 Geological disaster monitoring and early warning and intelligent decision-making

Based on Beidou differential high-precision positioning, the geological hazard Beidou monitoring equipment is installed on the 87 # tower of 500kV Daoji Second Circuit Line for demonstration, and the data is connected to the geological hazard Beidou monitoring system to provide data support for geological hazard monitoring and early warning.


7、 24x7 remote channel visibility

A total of 154 sets of intelligent visual monitoring devices with edge computing capability are installed on the poles and towers of the 500kV Daoji Second Circuit Line. The image processing technology is used to realize the intelligent identification of external hazards at the equipment end, so as to realize the management of visual devices and all-weather remote inspection of channels.


8、 Full view collaborative independent inspection

Helicopter inspection is carried out once a year on the Daoji Second Circuit Line. The whole line of Daoji Second Circuit Line is scanned by laser radar to generate the three-dimensional model of the tower body and the channel, realizing the measurement of the channel tree barrier and the crossing distance.

The laser model is used to plan the autonomous and refined inspection route and channel inspection route for UAVs, and three RTK high-precision positioning UAVs are supplemented. The Daoji secondary line is used as the pilot route for UAV inspection, realizing the transformation from human patrol to aircraft patrol.


9、 Intelligent auxiliary live working

One set of automatic climber and rope throwing UAV shall be equipped. The UAV shall carry insulating rope to bypass the wire according to the planned route, and throw the insulating rope to the ground. Equipotential operators can use the automatic climber to raise to the operating position. During the installation of the second loop smart line sensing device of DOGGETT, the intelligent auxiliary live working was successfully carried out with the automatic climber, reducing the single live working time by 50%.
